Please be advised that the office is currently open to provide both in person and Telehealth appointments. Telehealth will continue to be offered abiding by the state laws and regulations. If at any time Telehealth services are no longer covered, insured patients will be required to be seen in office for appointments. This includes appointments requiring prescriptions for controlled substances. Please note an appointment does not a guarantee a prescription for a controlled substance.
