Kuʻuleikūponookealoha Nāahiʻelua MSN, APRN-Rx, AGNP-C, BC-ADM, PMHNP-BC is a triple-board certified Nurse Practitioner obtaining her undergraduate degree in Social Work at the University of Washington, a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Hawaiʻi, and her Post-Master’s certificate as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Johns Hopkins University. She has worked with the underserved on O’ahu for the last eight years after completing a Nurse Practitioner Residency in the first cohort at the Waiʻanae Coast Comprehensive Health Center. Kuʻuleikūponookealoha is obtaining her Ph.D. in Mind-Body Medicine and Integrative Mental Health at Saybrook University studying breathwork and its role in improving stress resilience among low-income populations. She is a fellow of the Academy of Integrative Health and Medicine and the Integrative Psychiatry Institute where she has expanded her training to incorporate therapeutics and modalities to address the mind, body, and spirit. She is passionate about Native Hawaiian health and bridging the gap between the advances in both psychiatric and diabetic specialties within low-income communities and providing quality patient care and cutting-edge medicine to patients who would otherwise not have access. She seeks to empower and equip her patients with comprehensive knowledge to improve their health and well-being.
Her vision for the future of healthcare on Oʻahu in underserved populations led her to pursue the Master of Clinical Service Operations at Harvard Medical School.
Kelly Marshall, MS, RD, CDCES, EP-C is a triple board-certified medical anthropologist specializing in metabolic fitness and holistic wellness. Conventionally trained as a clinical dietitian and kinesiologist, she works with people across the lifespan to hone in on specific health concerns and find practical solutions that focus on improving quality of life. Kelly has spent the last decade as a health educator developing wellness strategies for individuals, small groups, and communities in partnership with The Queen’s Medical Center, Wai’anae Coast Comprehensive Health Center, and the Lānaʻi’ and Moloka’i Community Health Centers. Her practical approach to personalized nutrition and movement education makes adopting new habits more feasible and she embraces holistic wellness by incorporating lifestyle practices that support integration of mental-emotional wellbeing with physical health through food, movement, and mindfulness. Kelly aims to demystify what it means to “eat healthy” and “exercise”, advocating that every body needs its own customized, adaptable plan to thrive!
